Transport services and delivery partners

To ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely, we work with a number of professional logistics companies, including bpost (Belgian Post), DPD, PostNL, DHL Express and UPS. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and logistics company based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.

Delivery costs

Delivery within Belgium: Standard delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package, and the specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page.

International delivery (EU and other regions): We support delivery to multiple countries, and the shipping cost will be dynamically calculated based on the destination, product weight and delivery option (standard or expedited) and confirmed when placing an order.

Processing and delivery time

Within Belgium: Orders will be processed within 2 working days after payment is confirmed, and the standard delivery time is generally 4 working days.

Other EU countries: International orders are usually delivered within 7 working days. There may be slight delays in remote areas.

Non-EU countries: Delivery time is generally 14 working days, depending on customs clearance and local logistics processing speed.

Order Tracking and Notification

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email, and you can check the status of your package in real time through the official website of the logistics company. If there is a delay or other delivery problem, our customer service team will also contact you in time and assist in handling it.

Import and Export Standards and Tariffs

Delivery to EU countries: Since Belgium belongs to the EU, orders shipped to other EU member states usually do not require additional customs duties or import taxes.

Delivery to non-EU countries: International orders may involve customs duties, value-added tax (VAT) or import fees, which are borne by the consignee. Please understand the relevant policies of your country before placing an order to avoid additional costs when receiving the goods.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days. The returned goods must be kept in their original packaging, unused and intact. Unless the goods are defective or the wrong goods are sent, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Damage and Loss Liability

If the package is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will contact the logistics company for investigation and provide you with compensation or re-shipment based on the results of the investigation.
